Refund Policy - the basics
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your service must remain unmodified and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, there must be a clear and valid reason for dissatisfaction, based on project expectations. Refunds are not granted for subjective preferences if the service meets the agreed specifications.
Discounted services, such as those purchased through promotions, will be refunded at the price paid at the time of purchase, not at the original full price.
To process a refund, we require proof of purchase and acceptance of the partial refund amount (if applicable).
The Process
Once your refund request is received, we will review your case and notify you via email of the approval or rejection of a full or partial refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days.

What to include in the Refund Policy
We prioritise amendments over refunds where possible. If your completed service does not meet our high standards or exceeds the agreed deadline, we will offer free revisions. Requests for amendments must be made within 14 days of receiving the service by emailing info@ReCreateIQ.com.
In the rare case that ReCreateIQ offers a physical product requiring a return, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is granted, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
For returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items, and failure to receive the product may result in the cancellation of any exchange or refund.
